We collect the data you provide through our contact form: first name, last name, email address, country of residence, and the content of your message. No payment data is stored on our servers.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your information requests, process your After Vodundays bookings, and send you communications about our programs (with your consent). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Retention period

Your contact data is kept for 3 years from your last interaction with us. Booking data is kept for the applicable legal period (5 years for accounting documents).

7. Cookies

Our site uses technical cookies needed for it to work. With your consent, given in the welcome window, we measure traffic with Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager): page views, contact clicks, form submissions. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set and only anonymous data, with no identifier, is sent (Google Consent Mode). No advertising cookies are used. You can change your mind by clearing the site data in your browser.

7a. The Ouidah Guide (travel assistant)

The Ouidah Guide is a conversational assistant built on the Claude artificial intelligence model, provided by Anthropic. The messages you write are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer; our site does not store them. Do not enter sensitive data. If you click « Send my request », your name, email, travel details and the conversation are sent to us by email, as with the booking form.

8. International transfer

ONG Wa Afriki is based in Benin. Your data may be processed in third countries as part of the use of third-party services (hosting, email, traffic measurement, travel assistant). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards.
