After a week of ceremonies, you need a party. Not a hotel evening: a real one, in a palace, with the troupes of the town and the people of Ouidah around you.
Vodun Vibes is the evening that closes the After Party Exclusive. During the day, we entered the royal palaces. In the evening, the masks come out, and everybody dances.
It is open to all. You do not need to have followed the programme to come: the entry ticket is 2,500 FCFA, precisely so that Ouidah is there.
What you will see that evening
- The traditional dance troupes: Guèlèdè, Bourian, Kaléta, the Hunters.
- A DJ and a sound system, so the night goes on after the troupes.
- The closing barbecue.
- It is the party that closes the After Party Exclusive, after the day in the royal palaces.

What we really offer: to celebrate with Ouidah, not beside it
The Guèlèdè, the Bourian, the Kaléta, the Hunters: these are not show numbers staged for visitors. They are the troupes of the town, before their own public.
You are in the courtyard with the families, not in a separate stand. You are told what is coming out, you are introduced, and at some point you dance too.

Good to know before you come
The evening takes place outside the official calendar of the Vodun Days. It is an After Vodundays evening, organised by the NGO Wa Afriki.
It is included in The Programme, from 4 to 10 January 2027. The à la carte ticket is for those who are in Ouidah that evening and only want the party.
